Enzian Blue G80 M3Comp

I had placed my deposit in Sept 2022 and got the order placed in early Feb. Finally it is here. Picked it up last friday and now next stop is full body PPF.

Pretty much most options minus Carbon Buckets and CCB.

Attaching some pics from my mobile. Will add more later. Very excited but have to wait till PPF is done to drive around more often. Preparing for going down the rabbit hole of making some cosmetic improvements

as well. Additionally got a shocker when I got the car added to my Insurance

Initial impression was the suspension wasn't stiff in comfort for an M3. (Reference compared to M2). Once I get to drive around more can share my impressions on this vs 2018 Manual M2 vs M340i.

OP, that Kyalami interior really pops on the blue, especially this shade.

I am also waiting on car from BMW seattle. 1. Was wondering how long did it take from production date to delete ship?
2. Where are u getting PPF

Rough Timeline is as follows:
Placed Deposit (got on the queue): Sept 14th
Order Placed (got allocation): Feb 4th
Order Accepted: Feb 10th
Scheduled for Production: 03/06
Production Begins - 03/27
Quality check - 04/06
Ready For Transport - 04/15
At the port - 04/22
On the ship - 04/27 (Leo Leader - Expected arrival at LA - 05/18)
Arrival at the West Coast Port - 05/19
Arrival at Dealership - 06/01
Picked up - 06/02

For PPF I have it scheduled with Metropolitan in Redmond.

. Interestingly enough I was inspired by the pics from another member from the forum. So we have both G80 and G82 with the same Exterior and Interior combo in the Seattle area. May be we should get them together sometime in summer for a combined pic

Congrats!!!

The cars have to be put side by side in the sun before you put PPF on because I have a theory that PPF adds gloss and reduces pop by a tiny, tiny fraction. I’m in Redmond too and sometimes show up for Exotics@RTC.

Metropolitan did my PPF and windshield protection film. I want to see them about replacing the windshield film so I could come around whenever you plan to drop off.

I love the color! I'm most definitely going with a bright individual blue when I order mine. I'm torn between Santorini and Enzian.
